Description:

A specialized Cartesian robot for placing bronze threaded inserts in air-curtain plastic body parts.

The machine has a build in threaded inserts feeder with pneumatic conveyance. 

It has a two sided table to enable loading/unloading of one part while processing the other.

Position micro-correction is enabled through machine vision.
