Spica is our custom delta robot solution for various packaging applications.

All motion power parts (motors, gearboxes etc) are static and there are no moving parts of heavy weight, or wires and hoses. Also manipulation brackets, gripper heads etc, are made of lightweight materials (aluminum, plastic, carbonfiber) offering the capability of achieving very fast accurate motion for pick and place applications.

Spica is often combined with machine vision systems in order to accomplish sorting, orienting, packaging and boxing tasks.
